● These machines are our new product for multicolored and multicomponent soaps.This machine has two stages,driven separately by independent transmission system,and each stage has double screws in two separate barrels with two separate vacuum chambers.Colored soaps go into different orifice and then through the single soap shape plate to produce multicolored soaps.Our machines are able to product multicolored soaps through solid-solid or solid-liquid methods,and the soap types and patterns can be easily adjusted through a special formation to meet different customer needs.Meanwhile,we developed a special equipment to add solid additives into the soap for multi-component soaps.All the motors ≥5.5KW are of Grade 2 Energy Consuming according to international standard.
